Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges may be offered for damaged or incorrect products depending on stock availability.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs may be covered by Tasweer Islamic Frames if the issue is due to our error.
